The mission of OperaSouth is to strive for the highest artistic excellence while producing a diverse repertoire which entertains and inspires our audiences as well as being engaging and educational. As a leader in our musical community, we will support and nurture emerging talent locally and nationally.

Progressively Opera

OperaSouth was formed by a group of Atlanta-based opera professionals in November 2006 to provide engaging and diverse operatic performances.

Currently, we perform throughout metro-Atlanta and abroad. Our performances include grand operas, galas, community outreach, Atlanta Carolers a cappella quartets, and Edible Opera, our ever popular restaurant series.
